Sales Leader (Full-Time)

 

Position Summary:

 

Reporting to the Manager, Sales Leader lead by example selling standards and must achieve individual sales productivity by delivering superior customer service through product knowledge, store policies and procedures.

 

Note: Supervise store activities and employees in the absence of management members.

 

Main accountabilities:

 

Consistently apply the customer service selling techniques and behaviors;

Complete markdowns, transfers, store maintenance, etc;

Replenish stock as needed.

 

Job requirements:

 

Customer focused;

Proven sales experience;

Experience as a retail store Key Holder or in a similar position is mandatory;

Excellent knowledge of the Retail Industry;

Team player;

Excellent communication skills and ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships;

Capacity to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment;

Strong leadership to inspire the team;

Results-driven;

Passionate, positive attitude, and dynamic;

Love of fashion and trends;

Professionalism.
