There are four main entrances to the centre on the ground level, all of which are well lit, easily accessible and identifiable. The third level of our parking decks features an additional three entrances, each leading to the second floor of the centre. The fifth level of our parking deck also has an entrance to access the centre’s third floor, as well as entrances into Walmart, and Hudson's Bay.

Upper Deck Parking:
The fifth level of our new parking decks provides easy access to the third floor of the shopping centre – steps to your favourite retailers including Hudson's Bay, Walmart, Roots, Starbucks, Newlook, as well as Moxie’s and Bayshore’s new Lifestyle Lounge.

Bicycle Parking:
Bicycle racks are available in close proximity to most centre entrances. Cyclists are reminded to ensure they lock their bicycles when visiting the centre.

Parking Lot Maintenance and Security:
Bayshore parking lot areas receive a high standard of maintenance, including snow removal, and gravel and salt applications during the winter months. Parking lot areas are well lit, monitored at all times, and patrolled by security officers on a regular basis. Visitors to Bayshore are reminded to ensure they leave vehicles locked and valuables out of sight or locked in the trunk. Should you have a security concern, please call 613-978-3581.

Parking Assistance:
Forget to turn your lights off? Left the keys in the car? Bayshore maintenance and security personnel are available to provide assistance should you need a boost, if keys are locked in the car, or should an escort be required. Assistance can be arranged by visiting Guest Services on the first level.

Parking Policy:
Bayshore is private property and does not tolerate park-and-riders. All identified park-and-riders will be tagged and ticketed. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact Bayshore’s Management Office.

EV Charging Station:
Bayshore is pleased to provide its patrons with two complimentary electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in partnership with FLO. The two charging stations are located on the first level of the West Parking Desk, in front of Hudson's Bay.

Handicapped Parking:  Bayshore is proud to offer patrons double the amount of accessible parking spaces required by the City of Ottawa. Each is located in closest proximity to shopping centre entrances, as to alleviate the need to cross roadways. Bayshore security officers closely monitor handicapped parking for proper usage.

For parents with strollers or travelling with little ones, the shopping centre is accessible from levels 1, 3 and 5 of our five-level parking decks.
