By participating in this promotion, you agree to a complete release of Facebook and Instagram from any claims. Participation in this promotion is subject to the official rules as listed below.CONTEST PERIODStarting on June 10, 2026 at 12:00 PM and ending on July 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) (the “Contest Period”).ELIGIBILITYTo enter and be eligible to participate in the promotion, a person must be a resident of Ontario.The Sponsor of this Contest is BAYSHORE SHOPPING CENTRE (the “Sponsor”).The following persons are NOT eligible to participate in this Contest:a) Any director, officer, manager, employee, or agent of the Sponsor, KS BAYS HORE INC., or any tenants or other occupants of BAYSHORE SHOPPING CENTRE (the “Shopping Centre”), including their employees, affiliated companies, franchisees, service agencies, or independent contractors;b) Individuals engaged in the development, production, or distribution of materials for the Contest;c) Any person domiciled with any of the above.HOW TO PARTICIPATEThere is one (1) way to gain an entry:Visit: Bayshore Shopping Centre | Ottawa’s Favourite MallComplete the contest entry form by providing:First and Last NameEmail AddressPhone NumberPostal CodeSelect your favourite team participating in the FIFA World CupOnce submitted, you will be automatically entered into the “Live the Game” Contest.Entry will be awarded to the name on the entry form. Should the potential winner be under the age of 14 years, a parent or guardian must collect any awarded prize on their behalf.NO PURCHASE NECESSARYNo purchase is required to enter the Contest. Entrants must read and accept these Contest Rules and Regulations.Entries that are incomplete, illegible, late, lost, damaged, or misdirected will be void. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures or any issues preventing entry submission.Limit of one (1) entry per person per week for the duration of the Contest Period. Entries exceeding this limit may result in disqualification.PRIZE DESCRIPTIONThere will be weekly prize draws throughout the Contest Period.Each week, one (1) eligible entrant will be selected to win:One (1) $50 Bayshore Shopping Centre Gift CardApproximate total number of prizes: 5Total approximate prize value: $250 CADPrizes will only be awarded if a minimum of 20 valid entries are received each week during the Contest Period.The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZEA representative of BAYSHORE SHOPPING CENTRE will randomly select one (1) winner per week from all eligible entries received.Draws will be conducted in the presence of at least one (1) independent witness.Winners will be notified via phone, text, or email between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM EDT following each draw.If a selected entrant cannot be contacted within 24 hours, they may be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be selected.Selected winners may be announced on Bayshore Shopping Centre’s website and/or social media channels.Winners must claim their prize from the Bayshore Shopping Centre Administration Office during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM) within 5 business days of notification, unless otherwise specified.SKILL TESTING QUESTIONBefore being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.GENERAL CONDITIONSPrizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.All applicable taxes associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.Entrants:Acknowledge compliance with these Contest Rules and Regulations;Agree to be bound by the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.The Sponsor reserves the right to:Disqualify any entrant for tampering or non-compliance;Cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest in the event of fraud, technical issues, or any factor that compromises the integrity of the Contest.Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of law and, should any attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution.RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITYBy entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of the prize.If a potential winner is found to be ineligible or, declines to accept a prize, the prize will be forfeited. The potential winner will be required to furnish proof of identification that may include a driver’s license. Before being declared a winner, the eligible winner will be required to sign a declaration and complete a Release and Waiver form confirming understanding, acceptance and compliance with these Contest Rules and Regulations, acceptance of the prize as offered and a release acknowledging the non-responsibility of the Sponsor in respect of injuries, accidents, damages, costs, expenses or losses related to the conduct of the Contest, awarding of the prize and use and enjoyment of the awarded prize. By accepting or participating in a prize, winners consent to the use of their names, addresses, voices, statements relating to the Contest or the Sponsor, and photographs or other likenesses, without further compensation, in any publicity carried out by the Sponsor and any related entities in connection with this Contest, except where prohibited by law.Winners may be required to sign a Declaration and Release Form confirming compliance with the rules and acceptance of the prize.LEGALThis Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws of Ontario.Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario.PRIVACYPersonal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this Contest and for Bayshore Shopping Centre marketing purposes.Entrants may be added to the Sponsor’s customer database. This information will not be sold or shared with third parties and will be used exclusively for communications related to Bayshore Shopping Centre.
