Mobile Boutique, .**Please note this is subject to change. Does my Gift Card ever expire?The funds on the Bayshore Gift Card never expire. Can I return a purchases to my Gift Card?Yes you can, but do NOT throw out the Bayshore Gift Card until you are certain that you do not need to return the goods. The purchase will automatically be returned to your old Gift Card. Can I redeem my Gift Card for cash?Bayshore Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash at any time. What happens if my Bayshore Gift Card is lost or stolen?Notify Customer Service at 1 (800) 998-6844 as soon as possible. Lost or stolen Gift Cards may not be replaced without adequate proof of purchase (original Gift Cards receipt), and the corresponding Gift Cards number. Please treat the Bayshore Gift Cards as cash, if it is lost or stolen there is the possibility of the card being used by someone other than you. We are not able to restore funds to the Bayshore Gift Card at any time. Notify Customer Service at 1 (800) 998-6844 as soon as possible. How do I keep track of my balance?You can check your Gift Cards balance at https://getmybalance.com/, by calling 1-800-755-8608, or take your Bayshore Gift Card to Guest Services for assistance. You can also write in your latest balance in the space provided on the back of the card. When you use your Bayshore Gift Card, the approval code at the bottom of your receipt represents your remaining balance. Example 58X17 = $58.17 Can I return items purchased with my Bayshore Gift Card?Each retailer sets its own return policy. Please check with the specific Bayshore Shopping Centre merchant about their store policy. What if I want to spend more than the card value?The Bayshore Gift Card can usually be combined with another form of payment to complete a purchase. Be sure to notify the cashier before they process your purchase. Please note that some stores are not able to do a split payment transaction.
